1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of dreosstudio.com and any purchases made through our Shopify store operated by Dreos Studio LLC, a Wyoming registered limited liability company. By accessing our store or purchasing any product you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
2. Digital Products
All products sold by Dreos Studio are digital goods — downloadable automation workflow files, AI agents, and related digital assets. Products are delivered electronically upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
3. License
Upon purchase you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or business purposes. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the file with third parties
- Claim ownership or authorship of the product
- Upload or publish the file publicly
- Use the product to create competing products for resale
- Transfer the license to another individual or entity
4. Intellectual Property
All products, content, designs, workflows, and materials available on Dreos Studio are the intellectual property of Dreos Studio LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Our products are tools — not guarantees. Results depend entirely on how you implement and use the workflows. Dreos Studio makes no promise of specific outcomes, revenue, or business results from the use of any product.
6. Technical Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary tools and technical setup to use our products before purchasing. This includes but is not limited to a working n8n instance, OpenAI API key, and basic automation knowledge. Lack of technical setup is not grounds for a refund.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dreos Studio LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dreos Studio LLC, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.
10. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. For full details refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications
Dreos Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
