All Sales Are Final
Dreos Studio sells exclusively digital products — downloadable AI automation workflow files delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. Once your download link has been issued, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.
No Refunds For
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of technical knowledge to implement the workflow
- Not having the required tools (n8n, OpenAI API key)
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Partial use of the product
- Results not meeting personal expectations
The Only Exception
We will only consider a refund if the file is completely corrupted, cannot be opened in any way, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report. This is the sole exception. No other circumstances qualify.
To report a technical issue contact dreosstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a detailed description of the problem. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be entertained.
European Union Customers
EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period under EU law. However under EU digital content regulations this right is waived once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. By proceeding with the download you explicitly waive your right to withdrawal.
No Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital product is considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to provide all transaction records, delivery confirmations, and communication history to the payment processor to contest any illegitimate dispute.
